If you require a full refund, please return the order to us within thirty (30) days from your original purchase date.
The cost and risk associated with the return are your responsibility. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour delivery service for your return. Please clearly state the reason for the return and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please be aware that exchanges are only possible for the same product in a different size. Although it is not mandatory for the returned items to be in their original packaging, they must be in a condition suitable for resale, with all original labels remaining intact.
Please be aware that personalised items, including altered jeans, are non-returnable. Certain goods are also non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. It's essential to understand that these policies do not impact your statutory rights.
