The shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page. The order total will exclude UK VAT. Please keep in mind that there might be import duties and additional taxes that could be applicable. We advise you to confirm these charges with your local customs authorities.


At Jean Scene, our utmost priority is to ensure that each customer enjoys a pleasant shopping experience. However, there may be occasions when you find it necessary to initiate a product return.

Should you wish to request a full refund, kindly return the order to us within thirty (30) days from the date of your original purchase. Please note that the responsibility for the cost and risk associated with the return lies with you. We recommend utilising the Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour delivery service for your return. When returning the item, clearly state the reason for the return and specify whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. It's important to note that exchanges are only possible for the same product in a different size.

While it is not mandatory for the returned items to be in their original packaging, they must be in a condition suitable for resale, with all original labels remaining intact.

Please be informed that personalised items, such as altered jeans, are non-returnable, and certain goods are also non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. It's crucial to understand that these policies do not affect your statutory rights.

As the customer, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in us having a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all returned goods.

If you return item(s) claiming they are defective, the item(s) will undergo inspection, and we will notify you of the refund eligibility within a reasonable timeframe. If a refund or reimbursement is due to you, we will transfer the funds using the same method originally employed by you for your purchase.

Our returns policy does not diminish your statutory rights.
