Please clearly state the reason for the return and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please be aware that exchanges are only possible for the same product in a different size. Although it is not mandatory for the returned items to be in their original packaging, they must be in a condition suitable for resale, with all original labels remaining intact.
